- Business Plans – creation of overall business plan; tweaking of current plan
- Connectivity – setting up wifi and connecting all organization computers
- Databases – tweaking current; research and recommendations for new
- Financial Reviews – review of organization financials; help in setting up bookkeeping logs in QuickBooks or other platform
- HR – reviews of HR manuals and practices; assistance in creation of same
- Marketing Plans – general; social media; online
- Quality Assurance – testing of computers: software, hardware
- Research and Analysis: organizational tools; viability of a program; pricing comparisons; surveys; data collection, etc.
Note: Due to lack of graphic designers in the job club, we do not accept graphic design requests. Grants assistance has never been an option as grant research is very intensive and grant writers are either employed by a nonprofit or foundation, or are freelance and do not volunteer their time.
